Famitsu has published their Japanese sales rankings for August 19 to August 25, 2019.
Super Mario Maker 2 remained the No. 1 bestselling game in Japan, moving 22,582 copies. The game has now sold 559,421 units at retail. Oninaki, which debuted last week on Switch and PS4, came in at No. 3 for Switch and No. 2 for PS4. The Switch version sold 12,730 units while the PS4 version sold 14,189 copies.
Nintendo Switch hardware sales continue to reign the hardware charts at 30,072 units sold.
