Earlier this month, The Pokemon Company launched the Pikachu and Gengar Squishmallow plushies, which were unfortunately sold out within hours after they were put up on the Pokemon Center online store.
Jazwares, the creators of Squishmallows, have since confirmed that the plushies will receive a restock in 2023. Notably, they mention that the toys will be coming to “a retailer near you”, possibly hinting that this release will be more widespread than the original. This restock will include different sizes for the plushies, although the new run will not include the special Pokemon Center tag or Pokeball embroidery.
Stay tuned for more details as they come.
