Play An Entirely New Game Of Chess With Chess Sphere, 5 New Pieces Introduced

Throw the strategies of old chess at the window. Chess Sphere isn’t your traditional chess game.

Over on Reddit, Chess Sphere, initially launched on PC and mobile devices, has been announced coming on Switch. In addition to traditional chess pieces, Chess Sphere includes five new pieces or characters. These are the matador, the jester, the delegate, the ninja, and the ghost. What’s more, you won’t be playing on a flat checkered board but, you guessed it, on the very sphere itself.

About This Game
Chess on a large sphere. The sphere contains 288 spaces. Pieces can move across the sphere in any direction. The game has all the original pieces plus 5 new characters, plus 1 more secret character that unlocks during promotion pawn/delegate promotion. Each new character has their own unique moves. Challenge players all over the world across multiple platforms, currently including PC and Android. Win your way up the world leader board.
