A Playable Copy Of NES Golf Is Hidden Inside Every Nintendo Switch
A couple of months, we previously reported on the existence of an NES emulator called “flog” on Nintendo Switch.
Turns out there’s a reason why the emulator is called “flog”. The hackers at SwitchBrew have discovered a complete and working version of NES Golf tucked away inside every Nintendo Switch console. Reading “flog” backwards gives us “golf”.
Based on the screenshots from NES Golf on Nintendo Switch, the game supports Joy-Con motion controls, which has never happened before for a Virtual Console title. Just like the original NES Golf supports up to 2 players.
Now there’s a possibility that NES Golf was purposely installed on every Nintendo Switch as some form of easter egg that could be accessed by users. However no one has managed to find a way to do that yet.
Let us know if you have figured it out!
