To welcome the new year, Pokemon Center locations across Japan received a New Year makeover on the week of January 1, 2020.
As part of the makeover, red cloth was added to the bases of the Pokemon statues welcoming visitors to the store, as well as other decorations and cards:
Also, traditional Japanese style Pokemon artwork were added to different parts of the store:
