It looks like Singaporean residents will have to cancel any plans to visit their local Pokemon Center Singapore store, at least for the rest of this month.
The store’s management announced today that it would be temporarily closing its doors until 26 May 2021, or possibly for longer. This is after several cases of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic emerged Singapore’s Jewel Changi Airport (where Pokemon Center Singapore is situated) – prompting local authorities to shut down the mall for disinfecting and testing.
We’ll report back as the situation develops in the future. Stay tuned.
