Japanese Pokemon fans have become very excited for this Thursday’s Pokemon Direct, and some topics have started trending on Twitter as a result of that.
Currently trending No. 1 in Japan is “Pokemon Direct”, which has garnered over 33,000 tweets. In third place is “DiaPerRemake”, which refers to “Pokemon Diamond/Pearl Remake”. Many believe that the Nintendo Switch remakes for Pokemon Diamond and Pearl will be announced this week, hence there are over 10,000 tweets talking about that now.
Other worthy mentions include NinDai (Nintendo Direct) at No. 12 and Pokemon Home (over 2500 tweets).
