Pokemon GO Community Day February 2020’s Featured Pokemon Is Rhyhorn
Niantic and The Pokemon Company have announced the first details for February 2020’s Pokemon GO Community Day.
The next Pokemon GO Community Day will run on February 22, 2020. The featured Pokemon this time will be Rhyhorn – which fans voted as their most-wanted Community Day Pokemon this month. Evolving Rhydon into Rhyperior during this event will also give it the Rock Wrecker move!
This time, bonus buffs during the event will include 3-hour lures and 3-times stardust. Here are more details below:
The results are in for the first-ever Pokémon GO Community Day vote, and the star of February’s Pokémon GO Community Day will be Rhyhorn, the Spikes Pokémon! In the northern hemisphere, Rhyhorn Community Day will take place on Saturday, February 22, 2020, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. local time. In the southern hemisphere, the event will take place on Saturday, February 22, 2020, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time.
During this time, Rhyhorn will appear much more frequently in the wild and in raids. If you’re lucky, you might even find a Shiny Rhyhorn for the first time in Pokémon GO! If you evolve Rhydon (the evolved form of Rhyhorn) into Rhyperior during the event or up to two hours afterward, the Rhyperior will know the Rock-type Charged Attack Rock Wrecker, which it can’t normally learn.
In addition to encountering legions of Rhyhorn, you’ll benefit from a couple of bonuses during Community Day: Lure Modules activated during the event will last for three hours, and you’ll earn three times as much Stardust for catching Pokémon.
Thanks for taking part in the February Community Day vote, Trainers, and have fun on Rhyhorn Community Day!
