Pokemon GO Community Day March 2021’s Featured Pokemon Will Be Fletchling

Niantic and The Pokemon Company have announced the first details for March 2021’s Pokemon GO Community Day.

The next Pokemon GO Community Day will run on 6 March 2021 (11am to 5pm, local time). This time, the featured Pokemon is Fletchling, the Tiny Robin Pokemon from the Kalos region. If players evolve Fletchinder (the evolved form of Fletchling) into Talonflame during the event or two hours afterwards, that Talonflame will learn the special move Incinerate.

Bonus buffs during the event will include 3-hour incense plus 3 times the usual Catch XP, and a Special Research story involving Fletching will also be available for $1 USD. Here are more details from Niantic below:

Features

• Fletchling will be appearing more frequently in the wild. If you’re lucky, you may encounter a Shiny one!
• Evolve Fletchinder (the evolved form of Fletchling) during the event or up to two hours afterward to get a Talonflame that knows Incinerate.
• Take a few snapshots during Community Day for a surprise!
• There’ll be a special one-time-purchase Community Day Box available for 1,280 PokéCoins, featuring 50 Ultra Balls, five Lucky Eggs, a Poffin, and an Elite Fast TM.
• For US$1 (or the equivalent pricing tier in your local currency), you’ll be able to access the Fletchling Community Day–exclusive Special Research story, The Bravest Bird.
