Pokemon GO developer Niantic has closed a deal with Chinese games company NetEase.
The deal will allow Niantic to bring Pokemon GO into China. With the help of NetEase, Pokemon GO will be able to launch in China under its own strict Internet regulations and requirements.
No date has been set yet for Pokemon GO’s entry into China yet, but we could see it as early as 2018. The game’s logo was trademarked in China last year.
