Pokemon GO Support Ending For iPhone 5 And Other Apple Devices

Here’s a really important piece of bad news for trainers playing Pokemon GO.

Niantic has announced they will be ending support for devices not compatible with iOS 11 when the next update hits on February 27, 2018. Devices affected include iPhone 5, iPhone 5c, iPad (third generation), iPad (forth generation), iPad Mini (first generation), and iPad 2.

Pokemon GO will refuse to start up on the devices listed above starting from February 27.
