Since the launch of Pokemon Let’s GO Pikachu/Eevee, Pokemon GO trainers all over the world who have no access to a copy of Pokemon Let’s GO and Nintendo Switch have relied on Switch owners for Mystery Boxes as this is the only way to receive the Mythical Pokemon Meltan.
Today it has come to our attention that these Switch owners have organized a charity event whereby Pokemon GO trainers could receive a Mystery Box simply by donating food to charity. One such event in Singapore attracted over 118 donors and lots of food.
Here are some photos:
Another charity event recently took place in Portugal a few days ago. Although we do not know how it turned out, we hope it’s as successful as the one in Singapore.
What do you think? Will you organize a similar event? Let us know in the comments!
Thanks, Yoyu.
