Pokemon Journeys Anime Artist Shares Golden Week Artwork

Earlier this year, we reported on the unfortunate delay of new Pokemon anime episodes in Japan due to coronavirus concerns. Thankfully, it looks like Ash and Goh were still healthy enough to enjoy this year’s Golden Week celebrations in the country!

Shuhei Yasuda, designer for the Pokemon Journeys anime series, has shared new artwork of both lead characters (plus their Pokemon) celebrating the national holiday. Of course, they’ve even brought along a Margikarp Koinobori (carp windsock) to emulate real-life decorations during the season!
