DeNA has published another message from its development team detailing upcoming content for Pokemon Masters EX.
The new message reveals a few upcoming sync pairs for the game, including Mallow & Tsareena as well as valentines sync pair Serena & Whimsicott. It also announced a new Legendary Event starring Xerneas and Yveltal, as well as upcoming changes to various features.

Sync Pairs
- Mallow & Tsareena sync pair coming as part of Blissful Bananza event on January 20th.
- Serena & Whimsicott seasonal sync pair coming as part of Valentines Day event on January 28th, along with another unannounced pair.
Events
- New Egg Events for Fighting, Grass, and Rock types coming soon with updated mechanics.
- Egg Events will no longer cost stamina, but will only reward eggs.
- Mewtwo Legendary Event Lurking Shadow returning on February 7th
- New Legendary Event Give & Take starring Xerneas and Yveltal coming on February 10th
- The sync pairs they form will be “a little unexpected”
- One will be obtained through the event, the other must be obtained from sync pair scout
One-And-A-Half year mark update
- February 25th marks the 1.5 year mark since Pokemon Masters started.
- 6* for Skyla and Korrina will be unlocked.
- New type of Poke Fair Scout that is different from the others.
- Sync Grid quality of life updates such as multiple selection and pre-sets.
Two Year Anniversary
- More chances to team up with Sync Pairs without scouting.
- New Story Content after current Main Story’s conclusion.
