As an apology for a number of bugs present in the game at launch, DeNA has sent out a special apology gift to Pokemon Masters players.
The gift consists of 6,000 units of gems (in-game currency), which is equivalent to around 20 pulls on the Sync Pair Scout function. The gift is to compensate players who had to deal with a number of bugs present in Pokemon Masters. This includes wrong item descriptions, being kicked to the hub for no reason, shop purchase problems, and graphical glitches.
Gifts of premium currency as apologies for bugs is a common feature in many mobile titles which use it. Hopefully, DeNA will continue to be this generous about compensating players for bugs as time goes on.
