Pokemon Mystery Dungeon DX Sold 70% Of Its Initial Shipment In Japan, Doing As Well As Previous Entries

Dengeki Online has published a few interesting details about Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX’s launch sales in Japan.

According to the Japanese media, in its first three days, Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX sold 138,000 copies on Nintendo Switch. That’s about 70% of its initial launch shipment, which is a pretty good sign that the game has momentum.

It also seems that Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX is doing as well previous entries in the series – Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team Blue sold 141,000 copies on Nintendo DS at launch, while Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon moved 151,000 copies on Nintendo 3DS at launch.
