The Pokemon Youtube channel has released some trailers to promote Kanto, Johto, and Hoenn and vacation spots.
Each of these videos contains clips from scenes in the anime where characters explore different parts of the region.
There’s also references to events or locations that only exist in the anime and aren’t available within the games themselves.
And all of the videos include links to Pokemon’s TV section on their websites so that fans can watch episodes from all of these seasons.
So it looks like a clear promotion for their newly updated Pokemon TV app which we covered yesterday.
What do you think about these portrayals of Pokemon’s first three regions?
Were you encouraged to go back and watch episodes from these early seasons?
