Pokemon Scarlet/Violet Hidden Treasures Of Area Zero Epilogue Now Available Via Mystery Gift

The Pokemon Company has released the Epilogue for the Pokemon Scarlet And Violet Hidden Treasures Of Area Zero DLC.

Players can now use the Mystery Gift feature to obtain the Key Item that is needed to unlock the epilogue: The Mythical Pecha Berry. Once this item has been obtained, players will need to complete the game’s main story and DLC story, as well as participate in the Academy Ace Tournament at least once. Players will then need to travel to Peachy’s general store and interact with the purple toy at the storefront to activate the Epilogue.

You can activate Mystery Gift to receive the item by following these steps:

1. Launch your Pokémon Scarlet or Pokémon Violet game.
2. Unlock Mystery Gift by playing through the Main Story and reaching the first Pokemon Center.
3. Select Poke Portal on the X menu.
4. Select Mystery Gift.
5. Select Get via Internet to connect to the internet, or select Get with Code/Password and enter the gift password.
6. Watch as the gift arrives in your game. (Pokémon will appear in your party or your Pokémon Boxes.)
7. Be sure to save your game.

At the time of this writing, an expiration date for this event has not been detailed, suggesting that it will continue to be available even for players who have yet to purchase the DLC. Stay tuned for more updates as they come.
