Pokemon Sword And Shield Goes Down For Emergency Maintenance

Moments ago, Nintendo triggered an unannounced emergency maintenance for Pokemon Sword and Shield, disrupting all online services for the games.

It is unclear when online services will return, so we will have to keep a lookout. Pokemon Sword and Shield have been suffering from various problems with their online services in the last few days, so hopefully this emergency maintenance will help to improve things.
