The Pokemon Sword and Shield gameplay video from Nintendo Treehouse Live at E3 2019 on Youtube has hit 50,000 dislikes.
The video, uploaded on June 11, 2019, currently has over 1 million views, 16,000 likes, and 50,000 dislikes. The ratio of likes to dislikes is about 8 : 25, an unprecedented level of negativity for an official Pokemon video on Youtube:
The reason behind the high dislike ratio is all thanks to Game Freak’s decision of blocking Pokemon outside the Galar region Pokedex from being transferred into Pokemon Sword and Shield. The high number of dislikes should be taken as a warning that fans are not pleased with that decision.
