Pokemon Sword/Shield Now The Third Best-Selling Mainline Pokemon Games Of All Time

Earlier today, Nintendo published FY3/2021 Q1 earnings release, which contains updated sales figures for many of their best-selling titles.

According to this latest financial report, Pokemon Sword And Shield have reached 18.22 million in total sales, making them the third best-selling mainline Pokemon games of all time. For comparison Pokemon Gold & Silver sits at number 2 with 23.1 million sales, while the original Pokemon Red & Blue still reigns supreme at 31.38 million.
