The Pokemon Company has cancelled another officially sanction Pokemon Trading Card Game (TCG) event in Japan.
The Pokemon TCG Champions League Kyoto, which was going to be held on March 21, 2020 with over 7000 participants, has been cancelled due to fears of the coronavirus outbreak. However, depending on the situation, plans may change, so the event may be rescheduled or it could proceed as planned if the situation improves.
This is the second Pokemon tournament to be cancelled in Japan, and the third to be cancelled in Asia due to coronavirus concerns.
