The Pokemon Company has teased a new update coming to Pokemon TCG Pocket.

From October 2026, Dual-Type cars will start being added to the game, illustrated with a Mega Mewtwo X card that is both a Psychic-Type and a Fighting-Type. Starter Pokemon EX cards are also being added.
