A potential exploit to launch the homebrew launcher may have been found in Flipnote Studio 3D.
Nintendo 3DS hacker MrNbaYoh told his audience on Twitter to “get Flipnote Studio 3D” if they haven’t had any access to the homebrew launcher in the past.
Following MrNbaYoh’s announcement, Nintendo pushed out a mandatory update to Flipnote Studio 3D, which required to be downloaded before the software could be accessed by users.
The update can be downloaded via “Account Activity” on the Nintendo eShop.
