Prepare Yourself A Doctor’s Excuse For Animal Crossing: New Horizons

As you know, Animal Crossing: New Horizons is launching in 2 weeks time, and there’s no better way to celebrate its release by taking a week off and immersing yourself in the game.

Reddit user Celesmeh created a mock doctor’s note for those who are planning not to turn up for school or work to celebrate the game’s release. According to the doctor’s note, the patient is “suffering from a strain of AC:NH” (Animal Crossing: New Horizons) and should not leave the house to prevent it from spreading:

Of course, this is obviously a joke, so please do not try to pass this off as a real doctor’s note.
