Rocket League Is Getting Mario, Luigi, And Samus Cars Exclusively On Nintendo Switch

The official Rocket League blog has announced the Nintendo Switch version of Rocket League will be receiving a couple of exclusive goodies.

First up, the Mario NSR, Luigi NSR, and Samus Gunship vehicles will be available for free to all Switch players starting from the game’s launch. They will have to be unlocked by completing “certain requirements”.

In addition, exclusive customization items such as Mario and Luigi toppers (hats) and Wave Beam Rocket Boost are usable on any non-licensed customizable Battle-Car.

In case you are wondering, team color decides which Battle-Cars appear on the pitch. So if you’re on the Orange team you could choose the Mario NSR or Samus Gunship, but if you’re on Blue you can use the Luigi NSR.

A trailer showing off the new Battle Cars can be found below.

Rocket League arrives on Nintendo Switch later this year.
