Rocket League Is Getting A Performance Boost On Switch

Psyonix has published a blog update, detailing their future update plans for Rocket League.

In March/April 2018, an update boosting Rocket League’s performance on Switch will be released. Two modes will be added to the Switch version – first is called Performance Mode and second is named Quality Mode.

Performance Mode runs at 60fps and 900p docked/720p undocked with infrequent dynamic resolution scaling, while Quality Mode runs at 30 fps and 1080p docked/720p undocked with added visual effects. This gives players the option to enjoy better visuals or smoother frame rate!
