Ryokutya2089 has shared a couple new details on RPG Maker MV, coming to Nintendo Switch next year.
The magazine leaker revealed that game data between the Nintendo Switch and Xbox One versions are compatible with each other. What that means is players on both Switch and Xbox One can upload and play games with each other. Due to Sony’s strict policies on cross-platform play, this won’t apply to the PS4 version of the game.
In addition, similar to previous RPG Maker releases, a free version called RPG Maker MV Player will be released on the Switch eShop for those who wish to play games rather than make them.
We’ve also learned that the game is called RPG Maker MV Trinity in Japan and it will launch on November 15 there.
