Following the updated eshop pages, some new evidence have surfaced suggesting Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp could finally be releasing soon.
This rumor comes from a post of Reddit, in which a user claiming to be a Walmart employee says they received signage stating that Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp is “Available Now”. These signs also came with instructions to put them up by February 10th 2023. The user did not provide any images or proof of the signage, citing worries that they might lose their job over it.
This post comes amidst other rumors swirling about a potential Nintendo Direct next week, and close to a year after the game was delayed due to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. Given these circumstances, its possible that Nintendo may choose to quietly release the title as a shadowdrop as opposed to featuring it in a major presentation, although nothing official has been shared so far. Stay tuned for more info as it comes.
