Rumor: Animal Crossing Switch Coming September 2019, Very Detailed Gameplay Information Released

Today we have a new rumor to share with you about the upcoming Animal Crossing game for Nintendo Switch, scheduled to launch in 2019.

A Twitter user called John W. Cabrera has released huge amount of details about the Animal Crossing Switch game. This is a new leaker we have never heard about before, but the details that Cabrera released were very specific and even GameXplain’s Jon Cartwright‏ agreed the same.

So let’s get down to some of the important details. First, Cabrera claimed Animal Crossing Switch is scheduled to launch in September 2019, and it will be the main highlight of E3 this year. A September release doesn’t sound unrealistic, given that we’ll most likely have Luigi’s Mansion 3 in October, Pokemon Sword and Shield in November, and The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening in December. Cabrera also revealed that the games have been in development since 2016.

Now onto some gameplay details. Cabrera said the new game will be fully rendered in HD and feature 3D graphics, and depending on the size of your village the number of villages allowed to live in it will increase. He also said there will be jobs players can apply to make extra bells, and daily billboard messages have made a return.

Interestingly, the new game will finally allow players to make actual paths, feature over 100 new animals, 8 player online multiplayer, and local co-op for up to 2 players with split Joy-Con. The camera will be fully rotatable everywhere in the game, and there will be no loading screens.
