Been dying to learn more about the upcoming Super Nintendo World theme parks around the world? A few new previews might already be out of the bag, as you read this!
Several new concept images of the park have popped up on internet – reportedly from the portfolio of an experienced park designer. Presumably, they offer a closer look at one segment of the park situated in Universal Studios Orlando, which has a Donkey Kong theme.
In the first piece of concept art below, we get a closer look at the general layout of the park – with Funky Kong’s plane on the right and such. We also get a closer look at the design of the temple, which is the centerpiece of the park. The general elements of the concept match perfectly with a set of rumored photos from awhile back, which depict a miniature version of what the Donkey Kong area could look like.
In addition to this, a second set of sketches also reveal a rough segment of the rumored ‘Donkey Kong’s Mine Cart Madness’ ride. As you can see, the tracks will take visitors through various Donkey Kong setpieces.
It’s definitely an exciting find overall. As with all unconfirmed information, however, we urge readers to take this information with a grain of salt. We’ll report back when Universal Studios and Nintendo reveal more details in the future.
