As many of you know, Nintendo us currently undergoing a massive data leak where many of the source codes for their classic games have surfaced online.
Among the games that were leaked are Pokemon Diamond And Pearl, the first two Pokemon titles for the Nintendo DS. Today, a set of beta sprites for the games were leaked, showing off extremely early versions of the game’s starters, legendaries, and more.
Although many of these sprites were obviously not final, its interesting to see how much they differ from the end product, and imagine what could have been had Game Freak gone in a different direction for some of them.
