Earlier this month, Nintendo officially announced the successor to the Nintendo Switch, which is planned to launch sometime later this year.
Industry insider PH Brazil, who has shared accurate info about Nintendo’s future plans in the past, has claimed the company has one final surprise planned for the console. In an episode of the O X do Controle podcast, PH Brazil says that the Switch will receive a final “big game”, describing it as a “new version of a beloved series” that is “somewhat niche”. It is also “not a remaster”.
Based on PH Brazil’s description, many believe that it could be a new entry in the Fire Emblem series, possibly another remake. That said, as with all reports of this nature, we caution readers to take this info with a grain of salt. Stay tuned for more updates as they come.
