A few months back, dataminers discovered evidence that a Switch 2 version of Monster Hunter Wilds was being planned, fueling excitement that the latest Monster Hunter title would finally be coming to the hybrid console.
Now, more evidence of the Switch 2 version has been datamined. According to a new Monster Hunter Wilds datamining post, while the previous evidence of the Switch 2 version has been mostly scrubbed in the latest update for the game, a brand new image illustration for Switch 2 multiplayer was left in the files, serving as pretty hard evidence for the Switch 2 version’s existence despite Capcom’s attempt to hide it.
That said, as with all rumors of this nature, we caution readers to take this with a grain of salt. Stay tuned for more updates as they come.
