Rumor: Pokemon Scarlet/Violet Mythical Pokemon Distribution Campaign Coming To Japan

Some new rumors have begun to circulate about a Mythical Pokemon distribution campaign that is coming to Japan.

The rumors start from an official announcement page teasing the campaign that cropped up back in September. The page states in Japanese that players who purchase eligible goods will be able to receive various prizes in Pokemon Scarlet And Violet, including Mythical Pokemon.

Mythical Pokemon are among the rarest classification of Pokemon, being only available through limited-time special events. A similar distribution was run for Pokemon Sword And Shield back in 2020, including Genesect, Volcanion, and Marshadow.

While this announcement slipped under everyone’s radar, a prominent leaker who revealed correct info about Pokemon Scarlet/Violet in the past resurfaced with some cryptic hints. Pokemon fans have theorized that the leaker is hinting that the distribution will include Deoxys, Keldeo, and Zarude which are a Gen 3 Mythical linked to DNA, a Gen 5 Mythical linked to water, and a Gen 8 Mythical linked to scarves respectively.
