Dataminers have discovered some currently unused data in The Legend Of Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom that could be hinting at brand new amiibo figures.
Within the game’s code are two currently unused paraglider designs, named the Princess Zelda fabric and The Gerudo King’s Fabric. These two paraglider designs apparently cannot be obtained through normal gameplay, and can be seen in the showcase video below at 3:10 and 3:35.
According to dataminers, these two paraglider designs can be unlocked by scanning amiibo figures with the IDs 1049 and 1050. However, neither of these IDs are associated with any currently released amiibo figures. Since the recently launched Tears Of The Kingdom Link amiibo has an ID of 1048, some have speculated that the two aforementioned IDs could belong to similar figures for Zelda and Ganondorf that have yet to be announced.
That said, we caution readers to take this information with a grain of salt. Stay tuned for more updates on the situation as they come.
