Rumor: Warner Bros Crossover Fighter Is Called “Multiversus”, More Details Leaked
Earlier this week, we reported on a rumor that Warner Bros. was working on a crossover fighting game similar to Super Smash. Bros, with a varied roster spanning many of the properties under their umbrella.
Since then, more details have apparently leaked out about the project, including screenshots and a video that supposedly shows off some of the game’s roster. Although the video has since been taken down in an alleged copyright claim by Warner Bros., a screenshot of the roster is still floating around online, listing the following characters:
- An unknown new character
- Steven Universe
- Batman
- Harley Quinn
- Adventure Time’s Finn and Jake
- Shaggy
- Superman
- Wonder Woman
- Gandalf
- Rick & Morty’s Rick
- Bugs Bunny
- Tom & Jerry.
In addition, Gamesbeat Jeff Grubb shared some other details he found out about the game, including the title “Multiversus”, and potential DLC fighters. Although this video has also apparently been taken down, you can find a summary of Grubb’s sharing below, via Nibellion:
