Earlier this morning, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate was declared Famitsu’s 2018 Game of the Year in Japan.
During the event, Masahiro Sakurai went up on stage to receive the award on behalf of Nintendo. Besides receiving the award, Sakurai mentioned that Persona series character Joker will be added to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate soon on Nintendo Switch.
As to how soon is soon, we will have to wait and see. Previous official announcements indicate Joker will be added in a version 3.0.0 update in April 2019.
