Scalpers Cash In On Ring Fit Adventure Shortage In Japan

Ring Fit Adventure, a Nintendo Switch fitness game which took the world by storm, has been suffering from shortages es;specially in Japan.

The shortages in Japan are so bad that scalpers have taken advantage of the situation to cash in on those who are impatient for the upcoming restocks.

On Amazon Japan, a new set is going for at least 13,000 yen, about 4000 yen or 45% above the suggested retail price.

On Yahoo Auctions, brand new sets are going for 9000 yen to 11,000 yen. (about 5 – 25% above the MSRP) There are actual customers bidding between 11,000 yen to 12,000 yen, proving that the demand is real:
