Secret Sixth Design Of Japan’s Kirby-Themed Candy Revealed

Previously, we reported that Bandai Namco was now selling some adorable Kirby candy in Japan. Namely, the candy came in 6 distinct designs featuring Kirby with different faces – although the sixth design was secret.

Thanks to some Japanese fans purchasing the candy, we now have a proper look at that sixth secret design – and it’s none other than Classic Kirby! Of course, he comes with his trademark chubby smile, unlike modern-day Kirby.

Classic Kirby (or ‘Kirb’) has certainly seen a small revival again lately, especially with his return as a bonus costume in Kirby Star Allies. Perhaps we’ll see a resurgence of nods like this in future merchandise!
