On September 21st 2024, DC is celebrating Batman Day, commemorating the first appearance of the caped crusader in Detective Comics #27 in1939.
In a surprise crossover, SEGA has released a video titled “Happy Batman Day”, which features Shadow The Hedgehog in the role of Batman.

At the time of this writing, it is not known whether this is a one-off collaboration or just the first step in more DCxSonic crossover content in the future. Stay tuned for more as it comes.
