Skybound Games No Longer Publishing Physical Version Of Hollow Knight

We have some very unfortunate news for Hollow Knight fans today.

Previously, we reported that Team Cherry’s metroidvania masterpiece was aiming to publish a physical release through Skybound Games. This included a Nintendo Switch version.

However, it seems like the publishing deal is no longer happening. Skybound Games just tweeted out that they would not be handling the game any longer – which could mean the physical release has been cancelled.

Hopefully Team Cherry can find another publisher to work with. We’ll post updates if we hear more.
