The Pokemon Company has worked with the Kagawa prefecture with a Slowpoke campaign in the last few years to some success.
As 2019 is coming to an end, the Kagawa prefecture has started thinking about bringing back the Slowpoke campaign another time in 2020.
Though they have not confirmed any concrete plans, the Kagawa prefecture government seems receptive to the idea as the Slowpoke campaign has helped to boost tourism in the prefecture.
