The Pokemon Company has announced a new series of Pokemon food items for release in Japan next month.
The main star of the lineup is a set of Slowpoke themed Sanuki Udon noodles, which will be available in Japan’s Kagawa prefecture, where Sanuki Udon is a local specialty and Slowpoke is a “Pokemon Ambassador”.
The udon will be available in three varieties: plum-flavored Red, olive-flavored Green, and plain-flavored White, based on the original Pokemon Red and Green. It will be released in April 2023, alongside other Slowpoke branded products such as soup stock and olive oil.
