Multiple users on social media networks have started claiming to have found Super Smash Bros. creator Masahiro Sakurai’s real Nintendo Account on Nintendo Switch.
The account in question is called Sakuraio, with a picture of Sakurai’s official Mii on a pink background. Those who believe Sakurio is Sakurai’s account claim it’s because Sakurio has spent over 2600 hours playing Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, and the stages which he uploaded to the game are described in perfect English and Japanese:
Some are still skeptical about their claims, as there is no official confirmation and the account has played a questionable looking stage of an Inkling Girl:
Sakuraio also seems to have been playing Minecraft lately, which is a game Sakurai spoke about in the last few years.
