Sonic Creator Yuji Naka Joins Square Enix

The creator of iconic blue hedgehog Sonic, Yuji Naka, has joined Square Enix in January 2018.

Naka formally announced on Twitter about his new employment at Square Enix. He’ll be developing games at Square Enix and is currently working on “an enjoyable game”. Naka worked at SEGA from 1983 to 2006 and is notable for his work on countless Sonic titles.
