SEGA has announced that they will be launching a prequel comic for Sonic Frontiers next week.
The comic is titled Sonic Frontiers Prologue: CONVERGENCE, and will explain the events leading up to the start of the game, namely how Sonic, Tails, Amy, and Dr. Eggman ended up on Starfall Island. Part 1 is due to release next week on October 18th 2022 as a free digital comic, with Part 2 presumably launching later on an unspecified date.
