Morio Kishimoto, Director at Sonic Team, has revealed one of the new features that is coming to Sonic Frontiers in its next major update.
The new feature is none other than the Spin Dash, one of Sonic’s classic moves which was noticeably absent in the base version of Sonic Frontiers. This news comes via an interaction on Twitter, where Kishimoto responded to speculation that the move was being added to the game in a future update. According to Kishimoto, it was originally planned to come in the game’s first update, but was pushed back to give the team more time to refine it.
The second update for Sonic Frontiers is due to launch sometime later this year, so stay tuned for more information as it comes.
