We have some shocking news to report on Prima Games, the company that makes video game strategy guides for many first party Nintendo and third party titles.
According to EGM Now, Prima Games is ceasing operations next Spring. Employees at Prima Games offices located in New York, Indianapolis, and Roseville, California will be affected by the closure of the company. The Roseville office is expected to close this month, while the New York office will shut down in March.
This means that the upcoming Pokemon Let’s GO Pikachu official guidebook and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate official guidebook are likely to be the last products Prima Games will release.
Unfortunately we do not know the reason behind the company’s closure, but will let you know as soon as we have more information.
