The new video capture function is currently only supported by a handful titles on Nintendo Switch, and there’s one more coming next week.

Super Mario Odyssey has been confirmed to feature video capture support, when it releases on October 27, 2017. This will make it the fifth Nintendo Switch title to support video capture. The four others are developed and published by Nintendo too.
